DONATOS SIGNS ON TO FOODGALAXY.NET

Columbus, OH - July 18- Donatos Pizzeria Corporation, a McDonalds Corporation subsidiary (NYSE:McD), today signed a contract to provide its online food ordering service through FoodGalaxy.NET an online ordering system built by CompEx, Inc. an Ohio based web integrated solution provider. Donatos is one of several retailers to select the self managed e-commerce solution offered by CompEx, Inc.

The internet-based web solution will enable Donatos' customers to automate the scheduling and purchase of pizza and other goods with just a few mouse clicks, using a web browser . The system enables Donatos
to change pricing and add additional product offerings without the need for a web master or additional programming, thereby extending Donatos' ability to instantaneously react to market needs. The FoodGalaxy.NET system offers a visual graphical user interface where all ingredients on a pizza are customizable, including the ability to visually customize the right and left half of a pizza.

The system will enable online offerings to millions of new and existing consumers world wide. The system is poised to help the company increase revenues and improve efficiency by reducing the time to react to customers needs.

What is Next:

CompEx, Inc. is an innovative solution provider focused on the latest trends in cutting edge technologies including, Radio Frequency (RF) Tag technology. RFID tags are micro miniature battery less computers which can be programmed to transmit their data wirelessly. Information such as quantity, SKU, Price and description are just some of the kinds of data these micro transponders can broadcast when passing through a reader at the receiving dock. Each box of pepperoni can be labeled with a paper label under which would be embedded a micro miniature RF tag. As the boxes of pepperoni arrive from suppliers and get loaded into the freezers, the inventory count would increase automatically. As the need arises, the CompEx Interlinx system would automatically place an order for replenishment. The system is designed to react to supply demands automatically and reduce the possibility of running out of food when you most need it.

In related news, CompEx, inc. has developed an application for a merchant's valued customers. Each VIP customer is given an RFID tag embedded in a key chain so that as they approach the order desk they could be recognized by the system, they could be recognized by the system, greeted by name, and the appropriate volume discount would be applied automatically by the POS system.

? Plus, we are exploring customer referral programs where a referring web site drives business to Donatos by placing a 'Donatos, order on line' icon on their web site. The referring site could be financially rewarded for redirecting traffic to the web order page. The marketing campaigns to follow will be very aggressive and of a nature not typically associated with a pizza business, stated Aram Kovach, the president and CEO of CompEx, Inc. We are positioning FoodGalaxy.NET to be the worlds e-commerce portal, something like e-bay for food. We will focus our energies next in improving supply chain management with instant inventory control and automated reordering as supplies in the freezer run low. The goal is to make each and every store as efficient as today's technology allows. There is still room for improvement and new innovations to follow. Aram would like to see customers be able to dial a single number on their cell phones and place an order for pizza automatically while waiting in rush hour traffic on the way home from the office. Interesting idea!
