CompEx Broadcasting Network commences operations in the US

CompEx Broadcasting Network commences operations in the US.

Easy to deploy, cost effective solution and with measurable marketing and sales results, this is a first in the industry.

Aram Kovach, CompEx, Inc. inventor and chief operating officer was quoted as stating "We have developed what we feel is the "holly grail" of marketing and advertising. For the first time ever we can push video, marketing materials to movie theaters, stores, buss stops, pizza deliver trucks, retail windows, taxi cabs, and receive input from passers by." The system can push video content to any location no matter how remote, with just a click of a mouse and measure its marketing effectiveness in resulting sales in dollars and cents. Imagine a store front window where you change the marketing of products to the customers walking by hour by hour, minute by minute, even when the store is closed. Show latest breaking news or show the latest movie trailer and even buy your ticket right from the display using your mobile phone.

"We have built a broadcasting network which uses the internet to distribute its content to one or thousands of stores with a single mouse click", kovach said.

What we have developed is a miniature bi directional player which can download/ broadcast, stream or store and forward live video and play content at specified times organized in any order the customer chooses.

The Compex Broadcasting Network, solution is simple to implement and allows anyone to broadcast video/audio/flash/power point, content to one or thousand of locations anywhere in the world. The devices are simple to install, easy to manage and reliable. The system leverages compex's data center as the media distribution point from where compex claims they have virtually unlimited bandwidth, making the solution practical for hundreds of thousands of locations. By claiming to compress video and maintaining a very high levels of quality Kovach said, this is what makes the solution ideal for large installations. Compex stores the media content on their distribution media servers and pushes it out to the CBN players as needed. "That is why this solution is different" Kovach said, we provide the network, the technology and the software to make it all work.

The playback of the videos can be automated, scheduled or updated from any internet browser with proper credentials and verification. The video is encrypted and protected at both ends. The video playback can also be initiated to a trigger mechanism whereby a shopper carrying a special credit card and is detected in the network, where customer specific playback of videos can be initiated based on the persons interest and likes, which he openly shares with the issuers of the credit card.

By storing the sex, age, specific interests a person likes, a customized list of videos can be queued up as the customer walks into the restaurant, store or airport. This way the marketing materials can be specific for a person as he moves about based on his opt in agreement when signing up for the service. This same system can also be setup to play specific audio/video messages when a person is detected, delivering a specially targeted message (presenting an add customized to you, and addressing you by name). The uses for the system are virtually endless. The airport is a prime target of CompEx, as the system can also be used to deliver targeted emergency evacuation instructions at one or all airports world wide.

CompEx, has recently enhanced the feature of the CBN solution to now incorporate the ability to purchase products using a mobile phone by interacting with the projected video turning an ordinary glass window into an interactive touch screen.
